Founder
Mohan, the founder of this firm, completed his Bachelor of Law degree in 1991 and since then has been enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa and is also enrolled as a Solicitor with The Bombay Incorporated Law Society since June, 1997.
Mohan, began his legal career in March, 1992 with M/s. Kukreja & Co., Advocates & Solicitors, as an Associate. While in practice, he has also signed the articles with Mr. Kumar T. Kukreja of M/s. Kukreja & Co. Mohan is also enrolled as a Solicitor since June, 1997. Thereafter, in August, 1997 he joined M/s. Gagrat & Co as an Associate. In the year 2006, he became a partner of the firm M/s. Gagrats. In October, 2013, he resigned from the firm and started his own law firm.

Areas of practice are Under Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, Real estate, litigation and dispute resolution, testamentary matters, Intellectual property rights, matrimonial and family laws and taxation laws, including corporate litigation, arbitration, documentation, direct and indirect tax, land revenue laws, rent Act, Writs, disputes under Co-operative Housing Societies laws, Banking and Finance, various Property laws, redevelopment projects of housing societies and slums, testamentary, commercial litigations and various other litigation and has represented numerous arbitration proceedings before arbitral tribunals as well as before Hon’ble Bombay High Court, National Comapny Law Tribunal, Bombay City Civil and Session Court, Small Causes Court, Tribunals and other subordinate Courts.
